Check the balance and transaction history in Packages or the client card.

Add a top-up: select the client, session count and amount actually received. Review and confirm.

Configure reusable package and price options in the profile if you offer the same packages repeatedly.

Check the result
The balance increased by the chosen count and history contains a new entry with the correct amount.
If things go differently
For an incorrect balance, check top-up history and session outcomes. After a save error, reopen the card first and check whether the transaction already appeared.
Keep in mind
Ritmelio does not charge a card. The top-up records a payment you received separately.
