Effective date:
The service and acceptance
Ritmelio helps professionals manage schedules, clients, sessions, notifications, reports and integrations. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
Some features are in early access and may change. A website request does not create an account or guarantee access.
Your account and client data
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to Telegram, and activity through your account.
If you enter client data, you must have a lawful basis, provide required notices, and avoid unnecessary sensitive data. You keep your rights in data you enter and authorize Ritmelio to process it only to operate the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ritmelio to break the law, violate another person’s rights, send spam, distribute malicious code, seek unauthorized access, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Google Calendar and third-party services
Google Calendar connection is optional and requires separate Google consent. Ritmelio creates a separate calendar and synchronizes sessions to it. Your use of Google is also governed by Google’s terms and policies.
You can disconnect the integration in Ritmelio or revoke access in Google. Third-party services may change or become unavailable independently of Ritmelio.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for security, legal compliance or product development.
Features, dates and prices described as future or planned are not release commitments.
Intellectual property
Ritmelio and the service design, code, copy and marks belong to their respective owners. These terms only grant a limited right to use the service as intended.
Ending use and liability
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data. We may restrict access for a material breach, a security threat or a legal requirement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is.” Ritmelio is not liable for indirect losses or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, show a new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Send questions to support@ritmelio.com.
